Of course, at times, your child will be unwell. We ask that you keep unwell children at home and observe correct guidelines for the various illnesses, for instance: if a child has sickness and diarrhoea they must be kept at home for a minimum of 48 hours after the last bout and we ask that you respect these guidelines as a consideration to the staff and the other children.

If unsure please seek advice from your GP or ask at The Kindergarten. The Kindergarten must be informed of any absence. Failure to do so will jeopardise your child’s place at the nursery. If your child is not attending the nursery please call us by 9am to inform us of the absence. Where possible we will try to offer you an alternative day for any time missed but please note this is not always possible and is entirely at The Kindergarten’s discretion.
